Caroline and Abby visit!

Elisabeth was counting down the days until cousins Caroline and Abby came to visit!
After every single nap that week, she'd ask me: "Mommy, when Caroline and Abby comin'?  Friday?  Today Friday? It's hard to wait."
When they finally got here, she got so excited that she actually fell off of her chair (minor fat lip...but it wasn't anything ice cubes and popsicles couldn't fix!)
They played for hours.  They covered everything from the pool...to the playroom...to baby dolls.  Then it was stamp Elisabeth's leg with a hello kitty stamp as many times as you can, grocery shopping and playing princesses.  Finally they rounded the end of the night with a little game of Flying Squirrel and dress up.  What a great way to end the week!

Pool Picnic!

Elisabeth and Landon were lucky to have Annabelle and Quentin host
them for a pre-Fourth of July pool picnic!

Luckily they got to run around before the thunderstorm hit but don't worry,
little people don't stop having fun just because of a little thunder and lightning~
What's the next best thing to splashing around in the pool?
Filling the tub with hot pink water and continuing the party, of course!

Lighting sparklers the next day with Daddy!  Happy Birthday, America!
