i swore i'd never do it...
(but i was running out of excuses as to why we couldn't use "that" cart and i think she was starting to catch on.)
~ that one has a broken wheel.
~ oh, that cart stays outside because it's just for decoration.
~ those kids are in that cart because their mom payed a quarter. i left my quarters at home.
~ we can only do it when landon's not with us.
~ only kids who have a drivers license can ride in it.
~ you have to ride with one of the baggers.
shameful, i know...but let's look past that. i caved. it was the holidays.
look at how happy they are :) honking their horns...
we only made it to aisle 1 before it all went down
~elisabeth's pushing landon b/c he's laying on top of her trying to steer her wheel
~stop the cart
~landon's whole torso is hanging out of the car b/c he thinks it's funny
~stop the cart
~ignore the crying happing inside of the car
~stop the cart
~let elisabeth out b/c she's had enough
~etc, etc....
...and so, i continued through the rest of the grocery store, sporadically kicking the broken wheel and occasionally throwing landon and item from my grocery list to keep him occupied.
he really loved the frozen peas.
now that all is said and done, i can safely say we will continue to frequent regular carts.
