liquid diet

this is what shopping looks like for us these days

and this is what our refrigerator looks like

if it were up to them, the kids would be on a liquid diet...and so would i.  however, the liquid in our diet is chilling in the refrigerator downstairs and/or breathing in the decanter in our dining room
